Analysis on the Quality of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of College Students Majoring in Financial Management

The rapid process of artificial intelligence and the rapid development of big data have higher requirements on the quality of financial management professionals. Shandong province is in a critical period of economic restructuring and the transformation of old and new drivers of growth, and needs a large number of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in financial management. However, financial management professional college students' lack of creative quality in the province, such as lack of innovative entrepreneurial spirit, professional core ability as well as entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurial psychology is relatively weak. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the quality training of innovation and entrepreneurship for college students majoring in financial management. Based on the characteristics of financial management, this paper will study the connotation, existing problems and countermeasures of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality. And it can enrich the research on innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, has certain practical guiding significance for cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students majoring in financial management.
