摘要
Cangyuan Rock Paintings is one of the most ancient rock paintings found in ethnic minority areas in China so far, representing the most objective record of material and cultural life and spiritual life in a certain period of the Va nationality. There are numerous themes in Cangyuan Rock Paintings which implicate the essence of Chinese national culture and reflect the culture deposits and inheritances of Chinese people for thousands of years. In the era of digitization, network and electronic technology have penetrated into various aspects of our daily life. Therefore, it is imperative for us to apply digital technology to the protection and dissemination of cultural heritages. This paper places the Cangyuan Rock Paintings into the background of protection and dissemination of cultural heritages, taking advantage of digitization to find a feasible and practicable way for the dissemination and survival of Cangyuan Rock Paintings.
