摘要
A novel scheme for all-optical time-division add-drop multiplexing based on an optical Kerr shutter is proposed. Using the proposed scheme, exchange of 10 Gbit/s tributary channels between two 40 Gbit/s optical time-division multiplexing signals is demonstrated.
