摘要：

Foreign direct investments play in a very open economy such as the Czech Republic a crucial role, including the involvement of small and medium-sized enterprises in the export. FDIs form the basis of industrial investments. Even small changes in the size of FDIs have a significant impact national economies. In addition to the economic effects, FDI play a crucial role in the development of human resources, the use of applied research and development and these businesses contribute to the image of the state and region. FDI are a key part of the economy of the Czech Republic and the EU. The article introduces the current trends in the field of investment incentives and development investments in the Czech Republic.
