摘要
A method of multi-layer inclined plate gravitational oil-water separator is investigated with the water phase in the inclined plate adopted laminar flow model. According to fluid mechanics, floating law of oil particles in the inclined plate oil water separator is analyzed and the movement of oil particles attached on the inclined board is also discussed. Numerical simulation results show that compared with the traditional oil-water separation math model, the plate length of the proposed oil-water separator is longer, the plate distance is larger and the oil particle size is greater, and then a good separation performance is derived in the presence of the temperature changing within a certain range.
