摘要：

The objective of this study is to analysis the correlation between the attitudes towards technology and transformational leadership qualities of school adminstrators in Sakarya and Diyarbakir. In the research relational survey method was used determinig school adminester's perceptions towards technology and transformational leadership. The sample chosen randomly and it consists of 184 administrators from Sakarya and 196 from Diyarbakir (totaly 380). The data analyzed with SPSS 15,0 program and t-test, one-way anova and correlation analysis was used. Regarding the results, administrators' attitudes towards technology and educational leadership skills is going to be annotated comparatively between Sakarya and Diyarbakir. Moreover, the school administrators' attitudes towards the use of technology and the level at which that technology, also positive or negative relationship between transformational leadership and attitude of the technology has been investigated.
