摘要
We tried to predict and to estimate the depth and water equivalent of daily new snowfall by using the neural network method based upon the back-propagation law. To increase the accuracy, the effective input meteorological factors were, first, selected by statistical means, then the selected factors were applied to the neural network. The result of a neuro-computing estimate by this cooperative procedure was as well as a statistical multiple regression analysis.
