摘要：
This paper researches the ecological relationships between the virtual cluster enterprises and resource and analyze the ecological foundation of the cluster enterprises coordination evolution. It mainly researches the coordination evolution relationships between two enterprises in a virtual cluster through building a niche model of virtual cluster enterprises. A particular virtual cluster enterprise requires particular niche and particular niche only can accommodate particular virtual cluster enterprise. The virtual cluster enterprise has to separate their niche according to the market need, product orientation and the technology innovation to use the resource more efficiently and realize coexistence. The theory of niche will provide an important method to explain the evolution of the virtual enterprises cluster.
