摘要
ULTIMATELY, it is the quality of the service provided to animals and their owners that will determine the success of a practice. Word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied clients are the single most important factor contributing to practice growth, but active involvement in the local community can pay dividends too. Over the past 35 years, the proactive approach to community activities adopted by John Bower and his colleagues has enhanced the growth and reputation of his practice. As he explains, with some effort and a little imagination, the possibilities are virtually endless.
