摘要
Despite the fact that the success of e-government adoption is dependent on individuals' willingness to utilize it, little attention has been paid to citizens' perspectives on e-government adoption. However, it appears that worldwide e-Government adoption has fallen short of predictions, but some countries are performing better than others. As a result, it is critical to improve residents' understanding of the reasons for and techniques of using government websites, as well as their attitudes about e-Government. This article addresses the issue by proposing a conceptual model for e-Government adoption that emphasizes the role of users in the implementation of e-Government. By adapting and tailoring the measurement scale from prior studies, the questionnaire approach was used to collect data. On 250 prospective respondents, a systematic convenience sampling approach was used. The finding of this study technical, personal, and dependability factors influence the intention to use e-Government, they have a significant impact on the actual adoption of e-Government services in Palestine. The government should develop a comprehensive e-government planning model based on demographic factors.
