摘要
The relationship between force and deformation in machining was studied, taking the flexible interlayer as object. Firstly, the factors influencing the deformation in machining the flexible materials and the uncertainty of deformation were analyzed, then the force analysis of the flexible materials in machining, and the simplified linear elastic mechanical structure model of the flexible interlayer was established, the thought that carry out the prediction and simulation of the flexible material using the multiple regression analysis was proposed, the mathematical basis of multiple linear regression was studied. Based on these, the multiple-input multiple-output regression model of flexible material in machining was derived; the functional relationship between force and displacement was build; finally, the prediction accuracy of the regression equation was tested in the manner of straight line pixel machining deformation prediction, showing that the regression model can exactly predict the deformation of the processing material, which provides an effective method to predict the processing deformation of flexible interlayer and calculate the compensation.
