摘要
The role of ginseng in the fight against cancer-related fatigue. Fatigue is a symptom frequently reported by cancer patients, many of whom also take dietary supplements. In this context, studies have sought to evaluate the role of American ginseng in the fight against cancer-related fatigue. The use of Panax quinquefolius seems to be recommended during the active phase of treatment. (c) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved
