摘要：
The role of ginseng in the fight against cancer-related fatigue. Fatigue is a symptom frequently reported by cancer patients, many of whom also take dietary supplements. In this context, studies have sought to evaluate the role of American ginseng in the fight against cancer-related fatigue.
