摘要
Overview: Roadmapping is an established and proven approach used globally for supporting technology and strategic planning, thus facilitating innovation. Sustaining the implementation of organizational roadmapping can prove challenging due to its inherently flexible and adaptable nature. We address this issue, reporting an in-depth case study of roadmapping implementation within Subsea 7, a leading marine engineering, construction, and services company. We provide insights regarding its history, future opportunities relating to digitalization, challenges in the age of COVID-19, and lessons learned.
