摘要：
We study left multipliers on the second dual spaces L-1(G)" and M(G)". We answer a question of Ghahramani and Lau, showing that for non-compact G a non-zero left multiplier on these spaces cannot be weakly compact. (C) 2003 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
