摘要
Simultaneous measurements of electron flux (with the energy> 70 keV) and ultra-violet radiation (UV) of the night atmosphere, carried out onboard "Universitetsky - Tatiana" satellite in the frame of Scientific and Education project of Lomonosov Moscow State University "MSU-250" are presented. Local increases of energetic electron fluxes to the poles of the outer boundary of the outer radiation belts were selected. Some of the analyzed increases of > 70 keV electron fluxes were observed during 2-3 consecutive orbits. Results of measurements are compared with simultaneous solar wind observations. The produced analysis show that selected increases of electrons with energy > 70 keV are observed simultaneously with auroral increases of UV-radiation. Such finding demonstrates the localization of selected increases inside the auroral oval. The nature of observed events is discussed taking into account the action of acceleration processes at the latitudes of auroral oval and possibility of the formation of local particle traps in the high latitude magnetosphere.
