摘要
The electron-phonon interaction is studied using density functional and many-body perturbation theories. It has been found that the temperature dependence of the electron linewidth and the electron scattering rate along the high symmetry line of the Brillouin Zone (BZ) and the contribution of acoustic and optical phonon modes to the electron scattering rate were determined and reveal an overall dominance of out-of-plane transversal optical modes (ZO).(c) 2019 Elsevier Ltd.
