摘要：

The article substantiates the relationship between the efficiency of management decision making and implementation, and informational support of the innovation processes management functions, which is formed on the models of the dependence of the cycle of innovative management decision making and determining the risk level due to executors' individual qualities. According to the results of the research and practical approbation of the developed economic and mathematical models, the authors emphasize the need to find ways of continuous development and improvement of innovative processes management systems, methods of stimulating the improvement of the human capital quality, which will contribute to the efficiency of managerial decisions in social and economic systems and their achievement in innovative economic systems.
