摘要
The randomness of photovoltaic power generation and reactive load will impact on the operation of distribution network. To improve this situation, reactive power compensation technology of DSTATCOM is applied to the power control of PV grid-connected inverter in this paper. In this way, the PV grid-connected inverter can transports both active power and reactive power to the distribution network. The PV grid-connected system which is called PVPC not only can improve the power quality of distribution network, but can also improve the equipment utilization, saving the investment of equipment for reactive power compensation. In addition, a boundary scanning MPPT method is proposed in this paper, which has advantages of high speed, high precision, and low shock of DC bus voltage. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the power control strategy and the new MPPT method, which has a good dynamic and static performance when applied in PVPC.
