摘要
As a significant resource of enterprise, knowledge has become the main driving force of economic development. This paper mainly analyses the knowledge transfer between project teams in the high-tech enterprise, and based on the state-of-the-art literature, the knowledge transfer static and dynamic game model is proposed for project teams in the high-tech enterprise. By analysing the models, knowledge transfer is affected by the following six factors: the discount factor, the using cost of knowledge, the knowledge transfer cost, the unit cost of knowledge transfer to reduce the value of the project, the assigned value of the new project which is jointly undertaken by the project teams, and each project team getting the new value in the process of knowledge transfer. At last, some advice is given for the project teams in the high-tech enterprise on setting up a virtuous cycle in order to reach a win-win in knowledge transfer.
