Application of elasto-plastic model with anisotropic hardening to analysis of cyclic loading of cohesive soil

摘要
The model for predicting behaviour of cohesive soils under cyclic loading has been presented in the paper. The model called NAHOS is based on the critical state theory and the bounding surface concept. It also incorporates the idea of abrupt changes of stiffness after sharp bends of a stress path. Model assumptions and results of performed numerical simulations of cyclic loading in drained and undrained conditions are presented in the paper. Fundamental comparison with results of laboratory tests is shown. For present purpose results of cyclic undrained and drained loading programmes after isotropic consolidation have been chosen.
