摘要
The article deals with the issue of detecting the presence (absence) of a tendency to improve the energy performance of production facilities in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 50000 series, as well as the moments of inefficient energy consumption process. For this purpose, the control procedure of the energy performance, which provides an analysis of the dynamics of the specific energy consumption and is based on the use of Shewhart charts, is proposed. The limits of regulation of the Shewhart charts are set using the Six Sigma approach. The interpretation of the obtained zones and sub-zones in terms of energy efficiency is proposed. This allows performing a qualitative assessment of the energy performance of the facility. Energy efficiency zones are used as standards for specific energy consumption. Ways to setup alarms about the exceeding the standards that take into consideration the actual energy performance of the controlled facility and the target of its increasing are suggested. The method of comparative analysis of the energy performance of the group of facilities is proposed. For this purpose, the energy efficiency zones of better facility are suggested to use as standard. This approach is applied to control the energy performance of water intakes of the municipal water supply system. The analysis of the results allows performing a qualitative assessment of the energy performance of each water intake and identifying the presence (absence) of tendencies for its improvement (deterioration), including, with taking into consideration the achievements of better water intake. Two steps of the alarms setup for each water intake are proposed in order to inform the energy manager of the control results. The application of the proposed approach provides control over the keeping of the actual energy performance to the established standards, allows determining new targets for its improvement, which contributes to the continuous improvement of energy efficiency of the facility.
