Presently, economics and management specialty is one of the most professional classes in all colleges and universities in our country, and it is also one of the subject categories that has the most students in our country. This specialty has the characteristics of strong theorization and idea, weak practicality and pertinence. How to do the training and employment seamless abutment to meet the actual needs of enterprises? Shandong Women's University established the new mode in the chain industry, which provides an effective reference for the training of applied talents.
