摘要
Tn order to discuss how to combined the e-learning and e-commerce, this paper put forward a new concept LM (learning marketing) .With give analyzed the objectives, targets of LM in detail, the author analyses the similarities and differences between the EM(education marketing) and LM, and points out that the integration of e-learning and e-commerce is a innovation not only in technology but also in management and will have a great prospects.
