摘要
In today's business environment, quality is one of the most important elements to our customer. External and internal customer satisfaction is provided through the team concept at the Omaha Works. Creation of Area Quality Teams, (AQT), an Area Quality Forum, and Cell teams helps provide ''customer satisfaction through quality and responsibility at the source,'' which is the Omaha Works Quality Policy. All production associates achieve quality products through communication and involvement with the AQTs. The majority of the people pull together and cooperate to achieve the end results.
