Synthesis and Biological Activity of Substituted 1,2,4-Triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine Derivatives

摘要
Sixteen novel 2-[substituted benzyloxy 7-chloro-5-methylsulfanyl-[1,2,4]-triazolo[1,5-c] pyrimidine derivatives and thirty-six novel substituted 2-phenoxy-[1,2,4]-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivatives have been designed and synthesized using substituted 4-hydrazinopyrimidine as starting material. All synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, MS and H-1 NMR techniques. Preliminary bioassay indicates that some of them display good herbicidal and fungicidal activities.
