摘要
Background The study aims at a description of burdens and resources in employees of specialist palliative home care teams (SAPV) and their effects on the expectation to stay on the job. Methods The survey was conducted in 30 SAPV teams (457 employees) in Bavaria (Germany) in cooperation with the regional association of SAPV teams in Bavaria. Analysis comprised descriptive statistics, T-Tests and logistic regression. Results Response rate was 53.4% (n =244). 64 participants (26.2%) reported uncertainty about staying on their job in SAPV in the future. The highest level of burden was found on scales for "being personally affected" and "lack of control". Participants that report higher burden on the scales "work organisation" and "work overload" and lower "individual resources" are more insecure about staying on their job in SAPV. Conclusion It is not the burdens that are of high relevance in SAPV (e.g. lack of control) but work organisation and overload, which are common in most health care sectors, which lead to uncertainty of staying in SAPV.
