摘要
Electric field vs. current density (E-J) characteristics in Bi-2223/Ag tapes have been studied over a wide range of E, temperatures, T, magnetic fields, R, and angles, theta. Using a statistic E-J model along with a scaling analysis of the pinning force density, we derive an analytical expression describing the nonlinear E-J characteristics as a function of T, B, and theta. It has been confirmed that the calculation results agree well with measurements. Moreover, we can predict the E-J characteristics using limited data sets, i.e., B-dependence at perpendicular magnetic field and the anisotropy ratio between parallel and perpendicular field to the tape surface.
