摘要：
Since the 30 years of Reform and opening-up, it has seen a considerable improvement in economic and social construction in Hebei Province. However, the limitation of economic development has indirectly led to the imbalance of rural public sports service system construction. On the background of regional imbalanced development in Hebei Province, from the perspective of theyural public sports service, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in aspects of transforming administrative functions of the Sports Department, improving rural public sports facilities and organizational network, strengthening public sports service guidance and popularizing national fineness program based on the analysis of essence and contents of rural public sports service system, status quo and problems of public spirts service construction.
