摘要
We demonstrated a varifocal metalens based on the low-loss optical phase-change material Ge2Sb2Se4Te1 (GSST). The lens features diffraction-limited performance and full 2 pi phase tuning range. Aberration- and crosstalk-free imaging using the lens was also demonstrated. (c) 2020 The Author(s)
