摘要
This essay analyzed and summed up the typical factors that affect the second-hand housing prices based on the investigation and collection of relevant data, using the interpretation structure model (ISM) to explain and analyze second-hand housing price influencing factors, at the same time picture the diagram of interpretive structure model (ISM) so as to make these complex factors become more clear and organized.
