摘要：

In the face of pressing economic, social and environmental challenges, the industrial world must integrate the issue of sustainable development into its thinking. The aim of this article is to assess, via semi-structured interviews, the assimilation of the components of sustainable development by the various actors of the Moroccan automotive sector. We aim also to assess the integration of this aspect by the international standards of management systems. In addition, in a context where the Moroccan automotive industry aims to increase its local integration rate, this work highlights some good practices in terms of sustainable development in order to be inspired by it and to engage future local actors of the automotive industry in a real policy of social responsibility. Thus, we aim to contribute to the industrial ambition of the Kingdom to make Morocco a model at the level of the continent in terms of sustainable development.
