The telecommunications network that promotes e-governance is the Intranet, which is a private network, available exclusively to an organization's staff. The goal of G2E (Government to Employee) offices is to promote performance and efficiency, eliminating the existing problems in processing and increase employee contentment. Internal performance and efficiency is developed adopting best practices in government activity in fields such as knowledge management, economic management and supply chain management (SCM). This article intends to study the interaction between public sector and Romanian companies. One special type of E-Government is when elected representatives and political parties interact with the citizens nationally or in their constituencies. This type of E-Government is also called e-democracy. Different kinds of e-Government facilities are defined in the following section. In case of companies, any interaction through information systems with external organizational entities - clients, traders, associates in the international and national supply chain management fall within the field of inter-organizational structures. Most of the time, this systems are using extranets. Main types of e-Government are: G2C (Government and Citizen), G2B (Government and Business), G2E (Government and Civil servants), G2G (inter-agency relationship). The rate of company's progress is net superior to those who do not use online version. E-Government facilitates those activities in which the government provides one-stop, online access to information and services to citizens and especially to the private company. The applications enable citizens to ask questions of government agencies and receive answers, file income taxes (state and local), pay taxes, renew licenses, pay traffic tickets, change their address and make arrangements for vehicle emission inspections and driving tests. Additional, government may disseminate information on the web, deliver procedures and forms online, plan training and used to the development and supervise administrative objective at all the companies.
