摘要
In recent years, manufacturing industries are adopting the concept of ecofriendly environment due to the emerging concept of sustainability in supply chain. In Pakistan, agriculture and textile sectors are contributing a major role for the development of economy. This study aims to identify sustainable outsourcing, sustainable production and distribution, sustainable competitiveness and innovation, sustainable buyersupplier relationship, sustainable marketing and organizational culture, sustainable knowledge sharing, and sustainable technology practices as the seven most important supply chain management SCM barriers in different industries of Pakistan. Despite the importance of all these factors, industries need to identify the barriers hindering green supply chain management implementation. In this research, 42 sub-attributes, seven barrier categories relevant to sustainable supply chain management SSCM implementation were considered, with the help of literature and experts discussion. The core objective of this study is to develop the multi-attribute group decision making model to facilitate the strategic management of the industries in adoption of sustainable supply chain practices using fuzzy AHP approach. A practical case is used to check the robustness of the propose model. The key findings highlights that sustainable outsourcing factor is essential barrier during SSCM adoption. Finally, the results depict that proposed model is helpful for prioritizing the solutions of SSCM practices and suggest the roadmap to overcome on industrial barriers.
