摘要
The inter-core skew (ICS) in an uncoupled multicore fibre is investigated theoretically and experimentally. The ICS of a non-twisted MCF is estimated more precisely by considering the photoelastic effect. It is experimentally confirmed that intentional fibre-twisting reduces ICS.
