摘要
In today's world one of the most important trends of development is globalization, which affects all aspects of life: economic, political, social and cultural, as well as change a person's lifestyle. In recent years there has been equipped with modern mobile devices multimode devices and facilitates the work of not only ordinary users, but also the operational services. Seamless mobility is the missing ingredient needed to address inefficient communication problems faced by many mobile users. In this paper we consider mobile devices providing better communication to achieve seamless mobility and seamless handover in heterogeneous wireless networks.
