Digital signal processing using nonlinear orthogonal transforms in frequency domain

摘要
New method of digital signal processing in frequency domain is proposed, it is based on some properties of nonlinear orthogonal transforms. Theoretical basics of this method are considered, and results of statistical simulation are applied. These results confirm the efficiency of proposed method.
