Generation and control of resonance states in crossed magnetic and electric fields

摘要：
A two-dimensional electron system interacting with a delta-like impurity and placed in external electric and magnetic fields is investigated. In the absence of the electric field we find one bound state between Landau levels whereas switching on this field generates new resonance states. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
