Empirical Research on Relationship Between the SME Innovation Dynamical System and Innovation Performance

This research is based on the construction of innovation system theory model and from four dynamic factors of material, spirit, organization and culture as toll; it puts forward the hypothesis that there is positive correlation between enterprise employee identification transformation ability and innovation performance in combination with the analysis of employee identity transformation ability and its relation to innovation performance. It also use structural equation model to analyze the questionnaire survey data which verifies the above hypothesis. The result shows that material dynamic, spirit dynamic, organization dynamic and employee identification transformation ability of SMEs dynamical system all have positive effect on enterprise innovation performance.
