摘要
Influence of the temperature of annealing under quasi-hydrostatic pressure P = 10 MPa on the texture and microstructure of the Bi(Pb)2223 textured ceramics is studied. Annealing at T = 925A degrees C causes no noticeable weakening of the texture, but is accompanied by increase in the number of secondary phase particles and formation of the microstructure inhomogeneous along the specimen radius. In the specimen annealed at T = 925A degrees C, the annular region of the material with high content of (Sr, Ca)(14)Cu24O41 and (Sr, Ca)(2)CuO3 particles is observed. An increase in the annealing temperature to 935A degrees C leads to complete decomposition of the Bi(Pb)2223 matrix phase in the entire volume of the specimen.
