摘要：
The Haystack Ultra-wideband Satellite Imaging Radar (HUSIR) is a ground-based, dual-band radar operating at X-band and W-band providing high resolution ISAR imagery of Earth orbiting satellites. An upgrade of the W-band subsystem is currently underway which would replace the current 1 kW gyro-TWT W-band transmitter with a new 50 kW gyro-TWT amplifier. We report on the development of the new W-band transmitter and upgrades to the receiver and feed subsystems necessitated by the increased W-band power.
