摘要：

In review article one described principles of operating of quantum standards of the electrical voltage, electrical resistance and frequency. One published parameters of standards of these units installed in the Central Office of Measures (Warsaw). One showed also the connections of quantum standards of the electrical voltage, the electrical current, frequency and the energy into the quantum the quantum metrological pyramid.
