Organizational learning and strategies of knowledge management in virtual enterprise

摘要
On the basis of defining virtual enterprise (VE) and reviewing its characteristics, this paper depicts its memory system and dynamic knowledge transfer. Correspondingly, a learning model named FAIC-SECI, which is different from classic SECI model used to single organization, is introduced to interpret organizational learning activities in VE. Finally, this paper analyzes the barriers of cross-organizational learning and point out some strategic elements of knowledge management (KM) in VE.
