摘要
This paper introduces the process algebra theory to the,management of business process. Business process is analyzed quantitative with process algebra in which system behaviour is expressed in the form of algebra terms. Proposes a multiple indexes evaluation method based on the process algebra theory. Applied to electronic government systems, the method includes several evaluation indexes such as task turnover, execution time, value, cost, risk, etc., it can provide decision support on the electronic government business process management and reengineering. The computational study shows this process algebra based method is scientific and effective.
