摘要
By efficiently managing and utilizing the city's multimedia big data, 3D analysis and visualization of the city's multimedia information can be performed on the platform for disaster management, facilitating the provision of different disaster management services to policymakers and other relevant stakeholders in governments and industries (e.g. service providers such as traffic authorities, fire and other emergency authorities, as well as urban pipeline monitoring systems, financial monitoring systems, and ground subsidence monitoring systems).
