摘要
It's a major problem to evaluate properly the merits of the hybrid cloud computing service, the quality of service (QoS) reflect the performance of cloud computing directly, but which can exactly reflect the user's satisfaction is the quality of experience (QoE), the customer satisfaction evaluation model based on QoE hybrid cloud computing can be properly assessed. This paper will introduce cloud bank model architecture, and put forward a kind of evaluation model based on QoE that can be used for customer satisfaction evaluation in the hybrid cloud.
