摘要
The flow of medium-consistency (MC) fibre suspensions is studied experimentally by measuring mechanical quantities and by means of visual inspection. The empirical results are given a coherent physical interpretation. The conclusions provide an important contribution to the basic understanding of the properties of MC suspensions, and imply novel possibilities to extend the rue of MC technology even to web forming.
