摘要：
The coordinating decision model of supply chain contract is developed with the contracts of price discount and quantity buyback, irrespective of shortage cost. It obtains the optimal ordering strategy of retailer and quantity buyback policy of supplier. Finally, numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility of this model, and a conclusion is obtained that corresponds to practice.
