摘要
A picosecond photonic crystal fiber-based doubly resonant optical parametric oscillator is demonstrated. A four-wavelength oscillator can be obtained by selecting a wavelength in signal cavity and a wavelength in idler cavity phase-mismatched with the one in signal cavity to oscillate simultaneously. The output light beams are improved significantly when the signal wavelength and the phase-matched idler wavelength are selected to oscillate simultaneously in the two cavities. In particular, the peak intensities of the output signal and idler are increased by 2.53-5.77 dB, the 3-dB bandwidths of the signal and idler are narrowed by 0.05-2.98 nm, and the pump-to-idler conversion efficiencies are improved by 2.2-3.8 times.
