摘要：

The resonance phenomena of optical pick-up actuator can cause errors in reading information from the disk in highspeed CD/DVD drives. The ferrofluidic damper for the optical pick-up actuator provides the desired mechanical damping to the moving assembly and thus improves the settling time and vibrational characteristics of the actuator, Data access time of optical disc drives is also improved, particularly on warped or eccentric discs.
