摘要：
To improve network and its service reliability, availability and management in today's high-speed Heterogeneous networks, a model of heterogeneous network management of mobile agent architecture based is proposed in this paper. Firstly, model architecture are described in this paper, which centralized manage kinds of information for heterogeneous network; Secondly, a information exchange interface is defined, which is used to exchange information between heterogeneous domains and inside a domain. The model, which integrates congestion control and QoS control, can support for the management of distributed network management with end-to-end QoS constraint, covering the Configuration Management Fault Management and Performance Management functional areas.
